Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail the service you ordered has been approved by GSJ Soul Realignment Ltd. Only the service payed for will listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. A questionnaire will be sent out to you to fill in before we proceed with the service. Sometimes a Service can not go through and this will be explained to the client.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst GSJ Soul Realignment tries and ensures that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any service you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Cancelling an Order for Services Purchased

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any services provided(please contact us if you wish to do so) without having to give a reason at any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you receive the service payed for.

General Procedure for all Services Provided by Practitioner

The subject of the contract are the following services:

my reading and consulting services • my online programs
• my coaching and mentoring programs for future reading (content is provided online, via mp3 audio recording, and one to one video meeting via zoom or hangout)

For all services (readings), coaching and mentoring programs, an initial questionnaire is to be filled out
If applicable depending on practitioner schedule initial telephone or live zoom conversation between myself and the client will take place form the basis for our collaboration. This first conversation (clarification of the current challenges or blocks, obstacles within a certain life situation information needed is current full name, place and date of birth and client’s set intention to achieve a desire outcome.
If an initial live conversation is arranged this can be up to 60 minutes and is free of charge and without obligation. As part of this initial conversation, the client will discuss a current life situation challenge and seeking guidance to resolve. the reason for the coaching and mentoring program, is named by you. Together, we find out whether working together is conceivable for both parties and whether our views and expectations match.
Sometimes the client’s energy will not match up with my own at soul level, the client will be told after the initial Soul Profile reading for the Soul Realignment General Reading. The client will be advice and given the opportunity to seek another practitioner.
The practitioner will work on the gathered information remotely within the Akashic Records and prepare the reading for the client within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase, bare in mind if there might be a waiting list so the delivery might take up to 5 weeks.

Gladys San Juan is a Soul Realignment Practitioner, Akashic Records Reader, Reiki Level 1 and 2 and Feng Shui Level 4 Practitioner as well a Mindfulness Meditation Practice, Shamanic Practitioner. Services Provided through GSJ Soul Realignment Ltd is for intuitive guidance only. The information you receive from any session or service with me is not intended, implied, nor should it be regarded as legal, financial, business, psychological or medical advice, fact, diagnosis or treatment and is subject to your own personal interpretation, judgment and free will choice.

Full Payment is required upon booking for all services provided beng full Deluxe, Basic packages: Soul Realignment, Future Readings, Life Situation, Life Lessons, Soul Specialisation, Property/Landscape Clearing Reading, Soul Guide, Mini- Readings are payable in full at time of booking.

Cancelling and refund procedure of services purchased

Client has the right to cancel the purchase of any of the packages services provided (please if you wish to do so) without having to give a reason at any time within the fourteen working days from the date of purchase of a service.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your booked reading service, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 5 to 14 days of your cancellation.

www.gsjsoulrealignment.co.uk understands that there are certain unforeseen circumstances where it would not be appropriate to withhold a full refund. Please let us know the circumstances relating to a late cancellation and we will accomodate you accordingly only within 48 or 24 hours before delivery of your reading or live session.

We ask please that you email or use contact form if you need to rearrange your scheduled live sessions within 48 hours.

Please note that we are generally unable to fill appointments at shorter notice. Therefore, appointments/services that are cancelled within 24 hours or less notice will not receive a refund unless proven medical emergency.
